  2. Approval Process: Any such revision request must be submitted to Oops! Study at least one month prior to the desired effective date.

  3. Approval Criteria: Oops! Study will review the request and approve or deny it based on factors such as market conditions, the service provider’s performance, and the overall fairness of the proposed price.
