By accessing or using our online coaching platform i.e. www.oopsstudy.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
- Account Creation
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Platform Use
- Permitted Use: You may use the Platform to access and utilize educational content, interact with the respective service providers, and participate in online activities.
- Prohibited Use: You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- Interfere with the Platform’s operation or security
- Access or use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party’s use of the Platform

- Payment
You may be required to pay fees for certain courses or services offered on the Platform. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Platform or the information contained therein.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including advocates’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
- Self-responsibility
You are advised to check any free or promo material before paying fee for any/all the services available on our platform. We request you to check and compare different products/services before opting for one to buy.
1.2 Student Code of Conduct
- Respect for Others
Aspirants are expected to treat all members of the platform community with respect and dignity. This includes:
- Respecting the opinions and beliefs of others
- Using appropriate language in all communications
- Avoiding harassment, bullying, or discrimination
- Respecting the intellectual property of others
- Academic Integrity
Students must adhere to the platform’s Academic Integrity Policy. Any violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action.
- Platform Etiquette
- Students must follow all guidelines and instructions provided by tutors, coaches and the platform.
- Students should participate actively in online discussions and forums, but avoid off-topic conversations.
- Students should use the platform for educational purposes only and avoid inappropriate content.
- Communication
Students should communicate clearly and respectfully with tutors and other students. Timely responses to messages and notifications are expected.
- Confidentiality
Students must maintain the confidentiality of personal information shared on the platform from their side too. Sharing personal information of own self or other students without their consent is prohibited.
- Consequences of Violations
Violations of the Student Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to:
- Warnings
- Temporary suspension of platform access
- Termination of account
- Restricting their right of refund
- Reporting Violations
Students are encouraged to report any violations of the Student Code of Conduct by themselves or peer students to the platform administration. All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially.
- Authenticity of the study materials/content
While purchasing any services available on Oops! platform, you solemnly affirm being aware of the materials/content that they are prepared and served by the respective Tutors/Coaches/Institutes into their courses, and they are solely responsible for having copyrighted content, trademarks or obtaining the necessary permissions or licenses from the rights holders. Oops! is not responsible for authenticity of the study materials/content in any case, as it serves with the technology only. So, any legal disputes in this regard shall be dealt by the Service receivers and Service providers only.
By adhering to this code of conduct, students contribute to a positive and productive learning environment for all.
1.3 Academic Integrity Policy
- Introduction
Academic integrity is fundamental to the learning process. This policy outlines the expectations for honest academic work and the consequences for violations of academic integrity.
- Academic Integrity
Academic integrity means being honest and responsible in all academic work. It includes, but is not limited to:
- Actively participating in the sessions, you opted for
- Submitting your own original work as and how it is applicable
- Using the available resources most effectively
- Avoiding any form of academic misconducts such as disturbing live class activities, using abusive language, do not unnecessary break the classes and so on
- Violations of Academic Integrity
Violations of academic integrity include, but are not limited to:
- Plagiarism: Presenting someone else’s work as your own without proper citation as the case may be.
- Cheating: Using unauthorized materials or methods during assessments or assignments.
- Falsification: Creating false or misleading information.
- Collusion: Collaborating with others on assignments without authorization.
- Consequences of Violations
Violations of academic integrity may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to:
- Reduction of grades
- Failure of the course
- Suspension or termination of enrollment
- Reporting Violations
Students, tutors, and instructors are encouraged to report suspected violations of academic integrity. All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially.
- Appeals
Students who believe they have been wrongly accused of a violation of academic integrity may appeal the decision. The appeals process will be outlined in a reasonable time.
- Educational Component
The platform will provide educational resources on academic integrity to help students understand the importance of honest academic work and how to avoid plagiarism and other forms of academic misconduct.
By adhering to this policy, students contribute to a positive learning environment and uphold the values of academic excellence.
- Grievance-Solving Policy
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to establish a clear and fair process for addressing grievances raised by students/aspirants enrolled in services/courses offered through our platform. It outlines the steps involved in resolving disputes, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining student/aspirant satisfaction.
Scope
This policy applies to all students/aspirants enrolled in services/courses offered by tutors, coaches or institutes registered on our platform.
Grievance Definition
A grievance is defined as any dissatisfaction or complaint raised by a student/aspirant regarding any aspect of the course, tutor, coach or institute, or the platform’s services. This may include, but is not limited to, course content issues, teaching methods, payment disputes, technical difficulties, or customer support concerns.
Grievance Handling Process
- Informal Resolution:
- The student should initially attempt to resolve the issue by contacting the tutor, coach or institute directly during the session.
- If the issue cannot be resolved directly, the student/aspirant may contact our customer support team for assistance.
- Formal Grievance:
- If the issue is not resolved through informal means, the student may submit a formal grievance in writing to the designated grievance officer.
- The grievance should clearly outline the nature of the complaint, the date of occurrence, and the desired resolution.
- The grievance officer will acknowledge receipt of the grievance within 24 hours and initiate an investigation.
- Investigation:
- The grievance officer will conduct a thorough investigation, gathering relevant information from the student, tutor, coach or institute, and any other relevant parties.
- The investigation should be completed within 5 business days.
- Resolution:
- Upon completion of the investigation, the grievance officer will provide a written response to the student, outlining the findings and proposed resolution.
- If the grievance is upheld, appropriate corrective actions will be taken, including but not limited to:
- Refunding absolute/proportionate fees
- Providing additional tutoring or support
- Taking disciplinary action against the tutor, coach or institute
- Modifying course content or delivery
- Improving platform features or feasibility
- Appeal:
- If the student is dissatisfied with the resolution, they may appeal the decision to the designated grievance officer/team head within 2 business days.
- The grievance officer/team head will review the case and provide a final decision.
Timeframes
- All efforts will be made to resolve grievances within 7 business days of receipt.
- The investigation process should be completed within 5 business days.
- The appeals process should be completed within 7 business days.
- Any payments to be given to the student(s) after resolution of the grievance/appeal, Oops! will refund the amount to the respective student(s) within 7 business days from the date of resolution.
Confidentiality
All information related to the grievance process will be treated as confidential.
Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Our judiciary area will be Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
