These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between the user who visits the Website in connection with use of our services (“You”) and the Company governing your access to and use of the Platform, including any subdomains thereof, and any other websites through which the Website makes its services available (collectively, “Site”), interfaces (collectively, “Application”). The Application and Site are collectively termed as “Platform”.

Access to any part of the Platform or any content downloaded from it is contingent on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Privacy Policy.

Each Course may have a separate set of terms dealing with refunds, and payments applicable for such specific courses.

Purchasing & Confirmation

• In order to purchase an Online Class you must provide the required information and pay the amount specified. You must ensure that all information provided is complete and accurate. In order to access our Resources, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, email, phone number, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to use the Resources. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.
• When you place an order for an Online Class, you are offering to purchase that Online Class on the Online Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access our Resources. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your accounts.
• You must check the details on the order confirmation email when you receive it.
• A legally binding agreement shall only come into existence once:
• (a) oops study has accepted your offer to purchase an Online Class by sending you an order confirmation email which will provide you with a link to access the Online Class, along with log on details (if applicable); and Accessing (or attempting to access) any of our Resources by any means other than through the means we provide, is strictly prohibited. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of our Resources through any automated, unethical or unconventional means.
• (b) Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Resources, including the servers and/or networks to which our Resources are located or connected, is strictly prohibited.
• (c) Attempting to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell our resources is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you, as explained above, and may incur criminal or civil liability.
• We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion and without the need to give a reason, to refuse to accept an offer to purchase one or more Online Classes
• Before a Contract comes into existence between you and us, we reserve the right to increase or decrease the advertised Course Fee for an Online Class and/or to amend any of the information contained in the Online Class description. We also reserve the right to withdraw at any time Online Class advertised for sale on the Website and/or in any Brochure.

Payment

The Course Fee for any Online Class at any given time and any additional delivery charges payable in relation to the delivery of Course Materials, if applicable, will be displayed on the Website and/or in a Brochure and/or will be notified to you by a oops study customer services representative.

Instructions to users

• Fees paid will not be refunded in any circumstances.
• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time.
• Students are expected to be respectful and considerate of their instructors and fellow students. Avoid disruptive behaviour, offensive language, or any form of harassment.
• Plagiarism and cheating are strictly prohibited. All work submitted must be the student’s own.
• Students should have access to a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment (computer, Mobile Phone, microphone, and camera) for the classes. Ensure your devices are in good working condition to prevent technical issues.
• Students are responsible for obtaining and using the required course materials (PDFs, software, etc.) as specified by the instructor.
• Respect the privacy of others and do not share personal information of/to fellow students or instructors.
• Ensure the security of your login credentials and personal data.
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights. Do not distribute or share copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
• If you encounter technical issues during the course from, contact the technical support team for assistance.
• Students are expected to complete the course as per the agreed-upon timeline.
• Violations of these rules and regulations may result in warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the course.

Refunds

The course or workshop fees are not refundable once admission is confirmed. In deserving cases we can give some credits that can be used within our portal at our discretion. In case of any difficulty or feedback, please write to our support team.

Data Protection & Privacy

oops study will process the information it receives from you or otherwise holds about you in accordance with the Online Terms and its privacy policy. You consent to the use by oops study of such information in accordance with oops study’s privacy policy.

Right To Use and Publish Your Information

oops study has the right to use your name, photograph, videos and any work you produce as part of coursework or the career opportunities that you secure to promote the course in a reasonable and truthful manner. You also authorise oops study, that the assignments submitted by you, if found to be of a sufficiently high quality, may be published in Social Media and blogging platforms in your name to showcase the work of oops study students and alumni.

Warranties

• oops study will provide assistance in accordance with the Online Class description, which is set out on the Website and/or in any relevant Brochure.
• oops study expects you to take reasonable care to verify that the Online Classes will meet your needs. oops study does not make any commitment to you that you will obtain any particular result from your use of the Online Class or that you will obtain any particular qualification on completion of the Online Class (unless otherwise stated on the Website and/or in any relevant Brochure).
• oops study does not make any commitment that the Online Course or Course Material will be compatible with or operate with your software or hardware.
• All representations, warranties and/or terms and/or commitments not expressly set out in the Online Terms (whether implied by law, conduct, statute or otherwise) are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permissible at law.

Limitation of Liability

oops study shall not be responsible for losses that result from its failure to comply with the Online Terms including, but not limited to, losses that fall into the following categories:

(a) indirect or consequential losses;
(b) loss of income or revenue
(c) loss of business;
(d) loss of anticipated savings; or
(e) loss or corruption of data.

oops study is not responsible to you for any data that you lose either (a) as a result of accessing the Online Class; or (b) during completion of any Online Class via the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you regularly save and back up

(i) all data which you hold on the computer from which you are accessing the Online Class; and (ii) all data that you are inputting when completing the Online Class.

oops study will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under the Online Terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond oops study’s reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Amendments

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, oopsstudy.com may amend and implement the rules, whenever required, in the interest of maintaining the standard of academics and any process related to admission or delivery of content and you shall be governed by such rules and regulations so implemented from time to time.

Technical Support & Access

• If you are unable to access an Online Class, oops study will use reasonable endeavours to provide a solution where oops study has direct control over the system, software or settings involved. If the issue lies with your hardware, systems, software or settings thereof, oops study may, in its discretion, provide assistance to you to help you resolve the issue but we cannot guarantee that any assistance provided will resolve your issue.
• You accept and acknowledge that periods of downtime may be required in respect of the information technology infrastructure connected to the Website and that technical assistance may not be available during such periods of downtime. Further you accept that you will not have a claim for breach of contract or otherwise in respect of such period of unavailability.
• oops study will use reasonable endeavours to make the Online Course available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, timely or error-free availability or that defects will be corrected. oops study reserves the right to suspend access to the Website for the purpose of scheduled or emergency maintenance, repairs or upgrades to improve the performance or functionality of the Website.
• You also accept and acknowledge that oops study cannot be held responsible for any delay or disruptions to your access to the Online Course as a result of such suspension or any of the following:

(a) the operation of the internet and the world wide web, including but not limited to viruses
(b) any firewall restrictions that have been placed on your network or the computer or any other device you are using to access the Online Course
(c) failures of telecommunications links and equipment
(d) updated browser issues.

General  

• oops study reserves the right to recover any reasonable debt collection costs in connection with the Online Terms.
• oops study may update or amend the Online Terms from time to time to comply with law or to meet its changing business requirements or to correct any errors without notice to you.
• You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under the Online Terms to any third party unless agreed to by oops study pursuant to Additional Online Terms and Conditions.
• oops study may assign, transfer or sub-contract any of its rights or obligations under the Online Terms to any third party at its discretion.
• You must not engage any faculty or tutor to serve you independently or contact any Faculty privately and disrupt the trade practice by paying them a separate fee and take special assistance.
• Any notices required to be served on you by oops study under the Online Terms will be deemed properly served if emailed or posted to the email address or address notified by you to oops study
• A notice sent by post is deemed to be given on the day it was posted as evidenced by the sender. A notice sent by email is deemed to be given on the day it was sent.

Intellectual Property

• At all times, oops study remains the owner of all intellectual properties in the Online Class. Other than as specified below, no Online Classes videos and/or Course Materials, nor any part of it may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of
• The content and study materials available on oopsstudy.com may be copyrighted material of the respective owner which is used for ‘’Fair Use’’ such as teaching, education, and research. This does not mean to be an infringement of copyright.

Disciplinary Actions

You are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and by all rules and regulations of oops study as it may be applicable from time to time. Any non-subordination or disturbing actions or misbehaviour with any faculty members, counsellors, course anchors or any members of the oops study Team will be subject to applicable disciplinary actions and will be binding and final.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of these terms and conditions and use of oops study Services or oops study Courses, the courts in Ahmedabad (Gujarat) shall have exclusive jurisdiction in exclusion of all other courts.

oops study is NOT a university, and it is not affiliated with the any of Education Institutions.

The Online Classes are for training purposes only. oops study will not accept any responsibility to any party for the use of the Online Class for any purpose other than training for educational purposes, including but not limited to, the giving of advice by you to any third party.

Social Media

oops study operates channels, pages and accounts on some social media sites to inform, assist and engage with you. oops study monitors and records comments and posts made on these channels about oops study in order to improve its products and services. Please note that you must not communicate with oops study through such social media sites the following information:

• Sensitive personal data including (i) special categories of personal data meaning any information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health (ii) other sensitive personal data such as criminal convictions and offences and national identification number ;
