Refund Policy

Live Sessions : The user can request for refund on pro-rata basis for the remaining sessions/duration of the course with a genuine reason only. However, the requested refund shall be processed after 7 days from the date of refund application.

Request for refund shall be accepted based on any/all of the following reasons.

  • If the tutor does not teach according to the set Index of the course.
  • If the tutor does not address to the aspirant’s query satisfactorily (in case of personal coaching only).
  • Using abusing language during the sessions.
  • Consistent irregularity of the tutor.
  • Due to any other valid reason. However, Oops! Study has a right consider whether the reason is valid or not in case-to-case consideration.
Recorded Sessions : No refund request shall be accepted. Aspirants are advised to check the course index accurately and watch free videos before purchasing a course.
Webinar : No refund request shall be accepted after successful completion of the webinar. Aspirants are advised to check the promo material before subscribing to the Webinar.
Study Material : No refund request shall be accepted. Aspirants are advised to check the course index accurately and refer to the free content before purchasing any study material.
Consultancy : No refund request shall be accepted after successful completion of the consultancy session.
Assessment : No refund request shall be accepted after receiving assessment report and/or feedback from a service provider.
General Notes :
  • All the refund requests are subject to be found genuine based on their reasons/ evidences, as the case may be.
  • All the aspirants are advised to watch free demo videos, refer to the promo materials etc. before making any payments.
  • Oops! Study reserves all rights to approve or disapprove any/all the refund requests with/without giving any prior/post notification/clarifications.
  • Oops! Study stands responsible to evaluate a refund request, if the amount has been credited in its account. It is not responsible for any sort of loss while making payment through any payment mode.
