Chaitali Dayal – Educator & Mentor Hello, I am Chaitali Dayal, fondly known as Chaitali Ma’am by my students. I was born on 29th March 1968 in the serene hills of Darjeeling, West Bengal. My educational journey began in a Sponsored School Hostel and led me to graduate in 1990 from Loreto College, Darjeeling, with a strong academic foundation in English, Geography, History, and Psychology. Following my graduation, I pursued a Teacher’s Training Course (Regular) from the prestigious Mount Hermon TTC College, Darjeeling. My teaching career began in 1992 at Loreto Convent, Ranchi, and over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching in reputed institutions like Aditya Birla Public School, Queen of Angels’ Convent, Bharuch, and Delhi Public School (DPS). In 2008, I faced a major personal challenge in the form of a brain stroke, which briefly paused my career. However, my passion for teaching and nurturing young minds never faded. I returned to the classroom with renewed dedication and continued to share my knowledge and life experience with students. With decades of teaching experience and a deep love for education, I strive not just to teach but to inspire. I believe every child has immense potential, and with the right guidance, they can achieve greatness — both academically and in life.
