Hello, I’m Kamna Chauhan, a passionate and qualified nutrition expert based in Ranchi, Jharkhand. I hold a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition from IHE College, University of Delhi, and the School of Science, Gujarat University. My academic journey has been both rigorous and rewarding. During my Master's program, I conducted an in-depth research study titled “Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice of Health Professionals Regarding Probiotic Use in Ahmedabad, India”, which was later published in a prestigious international journal. This experience not only strengthened my scientific foundation but also deepened my commitment to evidence-based nutrition practices. I currently run an online clinic called Nutrificious Diet Clinic, where I offer personalized diet consultations and lifestyle guidance. My mission is to help people move away from stressful, unhealthy habits and adopt balanced, sustainable lifestyles through practical and achievable nutrition plans. With a compassionate approach and a strong academic background, I am dedicated to inspiring individuals to make mindful food choices and lead healthier lives.
