DECLARATION

 

I am aware that according to Section 206AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961, if a PAN is not provided, the Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) is deducted at a higher rate of 20%. I confirm that all my payment shall be subject to such TDS Deduction.

Note: The aforementioned rate will be applied to all the payments subject to change in TDS rate until a valid PAN is provided.
